This recently refurbished ground floor, garden facing, guestroom is our largest double room and offers everything and more you could want during your stay. The Super-King sized bed guarantees more than enough space for both guests to enjoy. The large En-suite has a stylish and contemporary design and ample room, with a large walk-in shower. The guestroom is adorned with tasteful and attractive furniture but also has a large flat screen Smart TV to help our guests relax and unwind.

Room 1 can also be set out as a Twin Room (please see picture below) – if this option is more suitable for you please mention that you would prefer the beds set as a Twin, in the ‘Special Requirements’ box during the booking process.

A chest of drawers and wardrobe provide more than ample room for all of your clothes and personal effects. The room also has all of the items you would expect from a modern establishment; tea/coffee making facilities, towels and toiletries, hairdryer, flat screen HD Smart TV (with freeview). The room also benefits from a welcome book that not only provides instructions on accessing the free Wi-Fi network but also provides invaluable information regarding local amenities, must-see attractions and all of the best places to eat!
